shipping

  • shipping is free when bought in store. both in-store and online orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of placing the order, for a flat rate of $13.00 US dollars. shipping outside the country costs will vary; contact us at guestservice@talulahcooper.com for quotes and/or questions 

  • all purchases over $400.00 are priority shipped for our standard shipping rate of $13.00. however if you would like to expedite your order, you may do so for an additional fee of $20.00. 

  • shipments are always insured. and for peace of mind on both our end and yours, a signature is always required. 

  • the shipping of damaged goods back to talulah.cooper in order to be repaired and/or replaced is at your expense. talulah.cooper will pay for the shipping of fixed goods.

  • all sales are final. 

  • if goods are damaged please contact us at guestservice@talulahcooper.com and we'll do our best to repair or replace your piece (within reason). if in the area feel free to bring it by the store. or call us at the store at (401) 273-4324. ***the shipping of damaged goods back to talulah.cooper in order to be repaired and/or replaced is at your expense. talulah.cooper will pay for the shipping of fixed goods. 

  • online cancelation policy: if you need to cancel an order you have 24 hours from when you placed that order to cancel. after 24 hours your order is non-refundable.
